National Management Company to Oversee Four Additional Affordable Housing Communities

Drucker + Falk will assume management of Northern Virginia based Spectrum, Carousel Court, The Frederick, and Woodbury Park, with a focus on asset preservation, operating efficiencies, and most importantly, resident satisfaction and retention.
In announcing plans late last year to transition oversight of its portfolio to third party management, AHC Inc.
