National multifamily property management honored with several multifamily industry awards for excellence in Hampton Roads
NEWPORT NEWS, Va., Oct. 19, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- DF Multifamily, a division of Drucker + Falk (DF), one of the nation's most prominent multifamily management companies, was recently honored with five Apartment Community Excellence (ACE) awards by The Hampton Roads Apartment Council (HRAC). The HRAC, a division of the Virginia Apartment Management Association (VAMA), announced the award winners during its 10th Annual ACE Awards ceremony on October 14th in Norfolk, VA.
The ACE Awards were created to recognize property management excellence each year and are determined by independent, impartial judges who tour Hampton Roads area communities and interview associated team members. The organization, once again, had record-breaking nominations with more than 700 award entries and Drucker + Falk had four individual apartment communities along with one team member recognized.
Two DF Multifamily communities were recognized in the highly sought after Community of the Year Award category. Warwick Village (Newport News) won for Average Rents up to $949 and Waterman's Crossing (Newport News) also won for Average Rents from $1,450-$1,574.
DF went on to receive additional honors in three other categories before the event ended. Haygood Halls (Virginia Beach) received the Resident Satisfaction Award, The Chapman (Hampton) won the Best Online Reputation Award, and Bianca Ettenhofer from Pines of York Apartments (Yorktown) received the honor of Leasing Professional of the Year.
