In her new role, Norma will serve as the lead coach for a select portfolio of executive clients, and expand her thought leadership by presenting on webinars and writing articles to educate and inspire D&S clients. She will also oversee the continual enhancement of the company's coaching offerings, ensuring that every client receives a premium, bespoke experience across career coaching, job search strategy development, interview preparation and more.

About Norma Dávila, Ph.D.
Dávila brings an unparalleled blend of academic excellence and industry experience to her work. With a Ph.D. in psychology from the University of Chicago as well as a bachelor's degree in psychology from Yale University, she is highly regarded for her ability to connect with clients at all levels and across industries.
Her extensive certifications include:
- Certified Career Transition Coach (CCTC) and Certified Interview and Compensation Negotiation Coach (CICNC) from Career Thought Leaders
