Monte Weis, former President of Weis Group (Canada's leading building consulting, architectural and brand identity firm) has joined DSMA as the new President of Canadian Operations. Weis will be taking over Farid Ahmad's role as Ahmad devotes more time to new business ventures, including DRIVE Investment Partners.

Monte Weis retains ownership of Weis Group, based out of Toronto. Replacing Weis as the incoming President and CEO is the current Vice-President and his long-term business partner Silvia Carfora. Carfora will assume all day to day responsibilities and operations of Weis Group.
