Dude Solutions has acquired the EnergyCenter™ product asset from NET and welcomes a veteran team of product management and software engineering experts who will be joining the company.
Energy Center is a cloud-based energy information system equipped to support all aspects of a sustainable, high-performance energy management program. From a single interface, users can collect and track utility bills, synchronize data with an ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager account and interpret energy data to quickly identify cost savings.

The acquisition marks the start of a newly created Energy business unit for Dude Solutions as the company continues its focus on selling Energy Manager to organizations in education, local government and healthcare. There are no changes to the product or service experience for existing Energy Manager clients.
