DUNCAN, Okla., Feb. 14, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Bringing office humor to the stage, the Duncan Little Theatre (DLT) will spice up the workforce with its rendition of "9 to 5 The Musical."
DLT's production will be at 7:30 p.m. on Feb. 24-25 and March 3-4 at the Simmons Center Theatre. A matinee will play at 2 p.m. on Feb. 26.
According to a description from DLT, "9 to 5 The Musical" includes music and lyrics by Dolly Parton, as well as from a book by Patricia Resnick, which is based off the movie. According to a play overview, the stage is set in the late 1970s. "This hilarious story of friendship and revenge in the Rolodex era is outrageous, thought-provoking, and even a little romantic," the synopsis states.
