This patent covers real-time data visualization systems and methods. A user can build a visualization, which produces a visualization request associated with an auto-generated data cube (i.e. data model). With this on-the-fly data approach, users can go straight from the data source to dashboard creation without any intermediary steps needed.
US Patent 9,727,836 B2 - "Systems and Methods for Generating Data Visualization Dashboards"
This patent covers a dashboard creation system for generating dashboards displaying key performance indicator (KPI) information. Dashboards present visualizations of business values or key performance indicator metrics from data stored in business databases. The technology covered in this patent significantly reduces the time it takes a user to create dashboards by auto-generating intermediate data models supporting the requested KPIs on the rendered business dashboard.
