Dunn&Co., a leading branding, advertising and production company, today announces it won 36 total ADDY awards at the American Advertising Federation (AAF) Tampa Bay 2020 ADDY Awards, held in Tampa on February 20.
Of the 36 awards, 21 were awarded Gold or Best in Show in their respective categories.
- Overall Best in Show award for vodka and gin packaging for Skagway Spirits
- Three Best of Bay awards
o Out-of-Home category for its Strike billboard for the Tampa Bay Lightning
o Sales Promotion category for its vodka and gin packaging for Skagway Spirits
o Elements of Advertising category for its key art illustration for Skagway Spirits
Dunn&Co.’s award-winning work was recognized in a variety of categories, including TV broadcast, digital/web, packaging design, outdoor, video, art direction, illustration, copywriting, video editing and cinematography. The ADDYs recognized the agency’s work on behalf of eight different clients—Tampa Bay Lightning, Trivago, Grow Financial, Skagway Spirits, Harleston Green scotch whisky, Nextera, Connectwise and World of Beer.
Troy Dunn, founder and president of Dunn&Co., was also recognized during the evening with the American Advertising Federation’s lifetime achievement award, the Silver Medal. The Silver Medal program was established in 1959 and recognizes industry professionals who have made outstanding contributions to advertising, and have been active in furthering the industry’s standards, creative excellence and social responsibility.

The AAF ADDY Awards is the nation’s largest advertising competition, with more than 60,000 entries annually. The ADDY Awards is the only creative awards program administered by the advertising industry for the industry. AAF Tampa Bay serves advertising professionals from the Tampa Bay community, including Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Citrus and Hernando Counties.
Dunn&Co.’s winning pieces will move on to compete at the district level competition for a chance to be forwarded to the national stage of the American Advertising Federation Awards in Orlando, Fla. in June 2019.
