Duthie Power Services launches "Ask Pete!" - a website feature dedicated to answering consumers' questions about generators

It was the go-to website to submit questions before we had Google, Alexa, Siri and a whole host of other online resources for getting quick answers. We still have Ask.com – the modern version of its earlier Jeeves alter ego - but it's one of many, many websites you can turn to for answers to general questions. Duthie Power Services recognized that many of its customers, whether seeking commercial generator maintenance services or installation of a new home standby generator, needed an online resource to answer specific questions about their generator needs. In response, this June, Duthie Power launched "Ask Pete!" – a web interface on the Residential page of their website that allows customers to submit their specific generator questions to Duthie's generator experts.

Ask Pete answers all Generator Questions

Questions such as "What voltage is my house?" and "What size generator would you recommend to power everything in my home?" get a response and follow-up from one of Duthie Power's generator experts. After over fifty years in the generator industry, Duthie Power Services' can attest to the fact there is never a "one size fits all" approach to helping businesses and homeowners with their generators.

The Man Behind Ask Pete

Ask Pete! isn't just a cartoon character invented by Duthie Power, either.
