The new board members will provide EarthBend's executive team with strategic guidance while sharing their diverse perspectives and expertise in key areas such as market penetration and growth, mergers and acquisitions and scaling of business operations.

Brent Bargmann
Brent spent 20 years in hard disk drive engineering and manufacturing, primarily in the Asia-Pacific region with Control Data/Imprimis/Seagate. Brent's leadership role included Vice President of Operations and General Manager, Seagate Technology Thailand, where he led the company's largest manufacturing operation. His role required operational oversight for manufacturing in Wuxi and Suzhou, China, in addition to his Thailand responsibilities. Brent holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from South Dakota State University, Brookings, South Dakota.
Bob Barr
Bob has over 30 years of international business leadership experience in a number of technology industries, including data storage, digital and document imaging, business services, and primary market research and consulting. Previous roles held by Bob include Vice President of Business Development at SMS Research Advisers, Vice President of Marketing at Deluxe Corporation, Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Katun Corporation, and Director of Sales, Marketing and Business Unit Manager for 3M and Imation Corporation. Bob holds a bachelor's degree in economics and finance from Niagara University, Niagara Falls, New York and an executive MBA from the University of Minnesota Carlson School in International Marketing. Bob serves the Board of Directors for Simpson Housing Services, Minneapolis, Minnesota and the Kourtney Rose Foundation, Oceanport, New Jersey.
Doug Berg
Doug is a Minnesota-based multi-startup entrepreneur who has raised over $125 million in venture capital with his past technology startups in marketing and recruiting, having achieved multiple successful exits. These include MyAlerts, which was acquired by ESW/Think3 Capital, and Jobs2Web, which was acquired by SAP/SuccessFactors for over $110 million in 2011. Doug knows how to scale a business from idea to acquisition, and has helped several companies through the multiple phases of growth.
Michael Bevilacqua
Michael has over 30 years of experience across various executive leadership positions in both industrial manufacturing and technology. He has led multinational M&A integration teams; technology IPO teams; held SEC Section 16 positions; and secured over $300 million in syndicated debt financing. Most recently, he spent five years as President of Arrow Systems Integration, a wholly owned subsidiary of Arrow Electronics. Other companies he held leadership positions at include Air Products and Chemicals, Apogee Enterprises and Lawson Software. Michael holds an MBA from Lehigh University and a bachelor's degree in finance from The College of New Jersey.
