This 3-day virtual retreat will be taking place January 9-11, 2023. It helps those struggling with eating disorders and food and body issues to gain a deeper connection with the body and emotions. Ultimately, their approach puts to bed the age-old battle between the body and food within our diet culture.

“75% of our participants leave symptom free by the time they have completed the brazen inbodyment retreat. By the end of this retreat, attendees will be in touch with their body and mind and know which steps to take in the future” says Yoni Banayan.

Many people struggle with body and food concerns, and Earth's Edge Wellness created a retreat for those who want to experience significant results in a short amount of time. They address the body before the mind, which is exactly contrary to what treatment centers do around the globe. While not necessarily the cause, they treat eating disorders as primarily dissociative disorders, as the Earth’s Edge Wellness team believes that is the quickest and most effective way of resolving the disorder. Earth’s Edge Wellness’ practitioners rely on spiritual healing and bridging the gap between holistic and scientifically informed treatment. This experienced team of leading holistic and traditional practitioners provides clients with the tools they need to overcome food and body struggles. The retreat is led by founder, Yoni Banayan, a nationally licensed marriage and family therapist who provides training and sessions for schools, treatment facilities, groups and individuals. He is accompanied by Guru Cosmin Mahadev Singh, a respected Kundalini yoga instructor and an accomplished traditional reiki master, Chelsea Clark, a registered dietitian nutritionist and a certified personal trainer and Kristan Lee Reada workshop leader and teacher of the modalities of Shamanic Womancraft.

Working together, the Earth’s Edge Wellness 3-day Brazen In-Bodyment retreat helps to address the blockages getting in the way of following through on taking care of the body and mind, such as the disconnection from soul/consciousness, disconnect from the body's natural cues, lack of education about nutrition and mental hygiene and lastly a misaligned relationship with the mind and body.

The retreat schedule is as follows:

Day 1: The Real Secret Ingredient: Your Soul!

Day 2: Your underlying motives for your behaviors and grounding techniques to help you move forward

Day 3: Food Rules and Food Psychology 101

BONUS: Get that Body Connection: Education and techniques on how to connect to your body (so you have the skills to know what your body needs going forward), expert and group IG support group, Earth's Edge Wellness merch, nutrition workbooks on hunger fullness, sports nutrition and meal planning and a 30 minute 1:1 integration coaching call.
