As senior counsel with East Coast Trial Lawyers, Stephen D. Lentz brings years of experience in corporate formation, complex business transactions, entertainment law, intellectual property, non-profit law, foundation and church/ministry representation, simple and complex estate planning, and elder law. He has counseled corporations and non-profit organizations in the United States and around the world.
Earlier in his career, Steve brought his in-depth knowledge of business law to the television and entertainment industries. He was part of the strategic management team that led to International Family Entertainment's successful IPO and later sale to Rupert Murdoch for $1.8 billion. In addition to his legal practice, Steve serves as adjunct professor at Regent University School of Law and as adjunct faculty of Regent University's Graduate School of Communications. Stephen is a member of the Virginia State Bar and the Tennessee State Bar.
Jeffery M. Coombs is a member of the Virginia State Bar, and brings his extensive experience in corporate law, notably in the representation of charitable entities in their U.S. operations. His serves as outside general counsel to Christian ministries, providing a variety of business-related services, including contract drafting and negotiation, corporation and LLC formation and organization, governmental compliance, strategic planning, and tax exemption. Jeff has served on the alumni board of Regent University School of Law, where he also taught as an adjunct professor.
Macayla Nicolaison concentrates her practice on estate planning and counseling non-profit organizations and churches on corporate law matters and how to protect their religious freedom rights. She has partnered with many organizations, entrepreneurs, and business owners to assist them with structuring, navigating, and protecting their vision. Before beginning her legal career, Macayla spent time in business, gaining valuable insight into the areas of human resources, insurance, sales, marketing, and financial structuring. Macayla is a member of the Virginia State Bar and has served as an adjunct faculty member with Regent University's Graduate School of Communications and the Professional and Continuing Education Paralegal Studies Program.
