Los Angeles Outdoor Movie Series Eat|See|Hear Announces June 18 and 25 Events
Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) June 13, 2016 -- Los Angeles outdoor movie series Eat|See|Hear announces two events for the last two Saturdays in June. The romantic comedy, Trainwreck , will be shown on June 18 at Santa Monica High School’s Memorial Greek Amphitheatre. On the followingSaturday night, June 25, Eat|See|Hear will travel to the Autry Museum in Griffith Park to present the coming-of-age film, Dazed and Confused. Showtime each night is at 8:30 p.m.
The Santa Monica High School Amphitheatre is located at 601 Pico Blvd. in Santa Monica. Movie-goers should enter the Amphitheatre on 4thStreet, in between the DoubleTree Hotel and the track.
The Autry is located at 4700 Western Heritage Way in Los Angeles. Guests are asked to use the main entrance adjacent to the Autry Museum building on the event lawn.
Doors open at 5:30 p.m. “We encourage you to come early and picnic with your family and friends prior to the movie as you’ll be entertained with live music and be tempted by yummy gourmet food trucks,” says Sharon Sperber, co-owner of Eat|See|Hear.
June 18’s musical guest will be the up-and-coming Los Angeles alt-pop band, Sleeping Wolf. June 25’s performance will feature the Israeli-based rock band, Maszer. Bands will take the stage both Saturday evenings at 7 p.m.
Movie-goers will be able to select food items from a wide variety of food trucks. Brasil Kiss will be at both events. In addition, Baby’s Badass Burgers, Grilled Cheese Truck, Jogasaki Burrito, Kimborex, Roll ‘n Lobster, Swami’s Sandwiches, Sweet Arlene’s, Tackle Box and Wafl are also scheduled for June 18. Arroy, Canvas, Good Greek Grub, Keep on Grubbin, Luckdish, Richeeze Grilled Cheese, Rolling Burger Barns, Royal Red Velvet and Say Fish Taco will be on site June 25.
“These events promise to be the quintessential summertime experience,” Sperber says. “If you’ve got a dog, bring him too so he can join in the fun. Leashed, friendly pets are always welcomed and will be provided with a free biscuit at the entrance to the event.”
General admission tickets are $14 each for adults and $8 for children 5 to 12 years old when purchased in advance. Children age 5 and under are free. Purchase tickets for the June 18 event online, and for the June 25 event. Tickets can also be purchased at the door the night of the event.
In addition to general admission tickets, a limited number of “Fashionably Late” passes are available for $21 each. “These VIP tickets provide a reserved section near the front of the venue, so you are guaranteed to have a great view regardless of what time you arrive.” Sperber says. Fashionably Late tickets must be purchased in advance online, and are not available for sale or upgrade at the door.
