Cameron Weeks, Edify Labs co-founder and CEO has been included on The International Customer Management Institute (ICMI)’s second annual Customer Experience Movers & Shakers List

ICMI, the authority on contact center excellence, created this list to honor the top innovators and leaders in the customer experience and contact center space.
