ESC Educates Insurance Industry Leaders On Courses Available To Grow Their Staffing Through Professional Development and Certifications
CLERMONT, Fla., Oct. 20, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ --- Educational Services & Consulting, ESC, a leading provider in creating professional opportunities through education announced their successful participation in the 52nd annual Insurance Agency Owners Alliance (IAOA) conference that took place from October 6 through 8 in Nashville, Tenn. at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center. This was the fourth conference ESC has exhibited in this year. Earlier conferences in 2022 where they exhibited include the WIND conference in January, the FAIA conference in June and the LAAIA conference in July.
IAOA is the fastest-growing association of independent insurance agency owners in the United States.
"We were thrilled to be one of the hand-picked vendor partners at the premier industry conference," Co-Owner and Chief Strategy Officer, Natalie Zimmerman said. "IAOA looks for vendors and partners who abide by the same strict ethics and quality standards they hold themselves to and we are honored to be included in that list."
"We have been extremely busy this year. Outside of the IAOA conference, we were excited to receive the invitation to exhibit and attend as first-time exhibitors at the 2022 LAAIA Annual Convention in Hollywood, Florida at the end of July. LAAIA made sure every exhibitor had the opportunity to talk with attendees and we enjoyed meeting all of them."
"It's been great to network and hear from industry experts and meet with hundreds of other Independent Agency Owners at IAOA," Zimmerman said. "We held a hole-in-one contest for a chance to win a Tumi Backpack, Stoney Clover Lane Travel Pouch or alcohol minis and loved seeing the competitive side of the attendees."
IAOA made sure we had plenty of opportunities to share more about how our online learning environment prepares our students for successful careers working on claims associated with homeowner's insurance, car insurance, property insurance and more, she added. The theme of the IAOA conference was INNOVATION 22. Each speaker shared details about their experiences, strategies, and tactics to help attendees grow their agency.
"We learned sales, management, operations, recruiting, and marketing techniques from the industry's top agency owners," Zimmerman said. "We appreciated the opportunity to provide an additional layer of industry insights and thought leadership while sharing information about ESC."
During their time networking at the conferences, ESC educated attendees about their course offerings. They explained how they help employees have successful Accredited Claims Adjuster (ACA) and Registered Customer Service Representative (RCSR) careers through their flexible online courses in which students earn their ACA designation or their RCSR designation. Once candidates pass ESC's final exams for either course, candidates are exempt from taking the Florida state exam. When candidates bypass the state exam, they will save time and money, and can fast-track their careers by allowing them to apply for their All-Lines Adjuster license.
About Educational Services & Consulting
Educational Services & Consulting offers two online designation courses for people looking to further their careers. Their 6-20 Accredited Claims Adjuster (ACA) designation course is a 40-hour online course with a final exam. Earning this designation allows candidates to bypass the State of Florida exam and directly apply for their All-Lines Adjuster license. Having this license enables people to work on claims associated with homeowner's insurance, car insurance, property insurance, and much more.
In addition to their 6-20 ACA designation course, Educational Services & Consulting also offers their 4-40 Registered Customer Service Representative (RCSR) designation course. This course is also a 40-hour online course with a final exam at the end of the course. As with the ACA designation, once students take the RCSR course and pass the final exam they will be exempt from taking the Florida state exam. Students can take either final exam up to five times within the 60-day time allotment without accruing additional charges.
"We want all of our students to succeed, and we are prepared to give them the tools to be successful," Zimmerman said.
Our company is based on the vision of our founder, my Aunt Connie McChesney, she added.
