The New York City office welcomes three key leaders who will help meet the company’s growing demand and list of clients along the northeastern corridor.
Jennifer Sagawa joins Egg as Managing Director of the NYC office. Sagawa has been an innovation thought-leader and real-world practitioner for over 20 years with experience leading internal innovation and product design departments on the client side, as well as guiding strategic innovation teams for global strategy consultancies. She’s built innovation process and pipelines across a wide range of sectors, including: beauty, private banking, luxury hospitality, healthcare, kitchenware, and other CPG industries. At Egg, she will capitalize on her experience to create tangible value for clients through building impactful strategies, pipelines and organizations. “Jen is an amazing strategist and culture-builder for the Egg business and our clients. Jonathan Schumann joins Egg as a Director in the NYC office. Schumann brings eight years of strategy and insight experience to Egg. Through his agency experience, he has spent the majority of his time in the alcohol, media and technology spaces. Jennifer Straussburger joins Egg as a Senior Director in the NYC office. Straussburger joins the Health team and brings several years of profound healthcare experience having worked on teams at Clear, Novo Nordisk, Saatchi & Saatchi, and Biolumina in a variety of marketing and strategy positions. “She’s a natural fit for our brand and culture given her innate ability to help clients to unlock growth potential for their brands and businesses by uncovering bold, human truths that help inspire strategy and innovation at every phase of development,” says Matthew Singer, President of Egg.

Michael Chiasson joins Egg as a Director on the Quant Team in Boulder. Chiasson’s experience is impressive and includes MMA, Polaroid, Gillette, P&G, and most recently, WhiteWave Foods. Chiasson’s focus on creating efficiencies, improving ROI on research and his keen affinity for developing data-driven, decision-enabling strategies for clients makes him a perfect fit for the Egg team.
Julia Goldhammer joins Egg as a Director on the Quant Team in Chicago. Goldhammer spent the past 12+ years at Leo Burnett and prior to that was a political consultant with the Mellman Group and Wilhelm & Conlon. She’s a results-driven critical thinker and quantitative storyteller who has used analytics to build roadmaps for sustainable growth for some of the world’s most respected global brands. With a passion for partnering with clients to architect custom approaches that deliver the strategic foundation needed to guide brands forward, she’ll be an invaluable addition to the Egg family.
