We’re going to where the growth is to make it easy to attract top talent and to put us in closer reach to the consumers at the heart of our human-centered process as well as the clients we serve.

Egg Strategy, a leading global strategy and innovation firm founded in Boulder in 2005 is moving its Colorado headquarters to Denver. The quiet powerhouse of a company, whose client list includes names such as GlaxoSmithKline, Danone, and JD Edwards, is gearing up to take charge of an expansive new space in the award-winning SugarCube Building. With this strategic move, Egg hopes to capitalize both on its own rapid growth and Denver’s. Egg also has offices in Chicago and New York City.

This move is just another example of the intentional investment Egg is making as it kicks off the next decade. “We’re going to where the growth is to make it easy to attract top talent and to put us in closer reach to the consumers at the heart of our human-centered process as well as the clients we serve. Over the years, we’ve learned a lot about how to build a space to support the unique demands of delivering insight-driven, strategic and creative work” says Egg’s President, Matthew Singer. Modeled after Egg’s hugely successful Chicago office, the new Denver base will have flexible work zones to support observation and conversation with consumers, as well as fuel collaboration and ideation workshops with both internal and client teams.

Christopher Wilshire, Egg’s CEO and Founder, has always prioritized design and evocative architecture as an integral part of the firm’s experiential deliverable. “With every office we’ve opened, we’ve seen a revitalization of the creativity, innovation, and engagement we share with our clients. Collectively, we know that our context shapes and amplifies our thinking. This new office is designed specifically to work both pragmatically and emotionally to elevate our work and foster the sense of community and culture that is uniquely Egg.”

The explosion of growth in Denver and large college-educated population also coincides seamlessly with Egg’s ongoing hiring efforts and desire to bring in the best available talent. Wilshire notes that over 40 percent of the Egg workforce already lives in Denver and that many of Egg’s younger employees will benefit from the variety of housing and transit options that Denver offers. Furthermore, the diversity and vitality omnipresent in Denver’s wide array of amenities - from bars and restaurants to entertainment and sports to museums and retail – meshes well with Egg’s culture of encouraging its employees to create a viable work/life balance.

Egg officially settles into its new office space in the SugarCube Building on February 4th.
