Ei Capital Distributors, LLC, is the advisory and distribution arm of EveryIncome Holdings, LLC.
Ei Capital currently works with several funds including Lingerfelt Commonwealth, EJF Opportunity Zones and EJF Income Fund, which just received an Investors Choice Award for Best Smaller Fund — Event Driven.
Combined, the Ei Capital team now has more than 150 years experience in capital markets, and has raised more than $44.7 billion in equity capital over the past 30 years.
Tim Symington joined Ei Capital Distributors as Executive Vice President for National Sales and Managing Partner. Tim spent the last 7 years with Hines Securities, an affiliate of Hines Real Estate, the largest privately-held real estate company in the world. As director of BDC products at Hines, Tim headed up the creation, launch, marketing and sales efforts of the Hines/Main Street Capital $1.5 billion private debt and equity Non-Traded BDC.
Sharif Husseini joined Ei Capital Distributors this week as Senior Vice President and Managing Partner for the Midwest U.S. Sharif has spent the last 20 years in business development for publicly traded and private unlisted funds primarily within the financial intermediary channels. Sharif has led distribution initiatives including Cargill Investor Services and Advisors Asset Management's first dedicated sales efforts into the IBD and RIA markets, respectively. He was also instrumental in the success of new initiatives into the RIA market at Managers Investment Group (AMG), TIAA and Nuveen Investments.
Ed Lewandowski also joined EI Capital Distributors as Senior Vice President and Managing Partner for the Western U.S. His career path includes Putnam Investments and the Credit Suisse Group in 2005 where he raised and maintained over $1B in an extensive range of financial assets during his tenure. After working at Invesco Ltd., working with institutional investors, Ed joined boutique investment company Franklin Square to launch the RIA Institutional channel and educate the investing public on middle-market private debt and private equity investments.
Rob Trenham joined EI Capital Distributors as Senior Vice President and Managing Director for the Southeast U.S. Over the last 17 years, he has held various positions in the financial services industry, most recently as Regional Vice President for a Multinational Real Estate Investment and Development Company as well as multiple 40-Act Mutual Fund Families. Rob has successfully partnered with advisors across all channels to offer innovative strategies in support of their investment practices.
Peter Dabrowski joined Ei Capital Distributors as Senior Vice President and Managing Director, heading up the RIA Channel for the group. In 25 years in the financial services industry, Pete has worked as Managing Partner for a multi-billion dollar firm in the Washington, DC, area — and served as a Vice President with Fidelity and TD Ameritrade. In 2017, Investment News presented Pete with an award for best practices in implementing and integrating a suite of technology solutions for an advisory firm.
