Dhananjay brings to EI Design his rich experience that includes co-founding of Envoy Labs and senior leadership positions with Juniper Networks, Microsoft Corporation India, Nortel Inc. and Bangalore Labs, among other notable organisations. He has a Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics) degree and has been recognised for his work. It was his passion for growing businesses that led him to co-found Envoy Labs, a boutique business consulting company.
“I have over 23 years of experience in the enterprise and service provider industry and a rich mix of experience in technical as well as business leadership positions. EI Design’s drive for excellence, their team camaraderie and the goals of Vision 2017 resonated with me. I am excited to work with a company whose values are so in tune with mine”, says Dhananjay.
Asha Pandey, owner and CMD of EI Design believes that the Vision 2017 initiative is very much on track. “Our Vision 2017 strategy is our focus for the next two years”, says Asha of the plan that includes obtaining CMMI Level 5 for corporate quality and enhanced global positioning with their brand. “Dhananjay’s leadership and experience will be instrumental in new customer acquisitions and our overall growth”, she says.
