EIM Partner International Spine and Pain Institute Hosts Fourth Annual Clinical Conference
Bloomington, Minnesota (PRWEB) July 08, 2015 -- Evidence in Motion (EIM) partner International Spine and Pain Institute (ISPI) held their fourth annual Clinical Conference on June 19-21 at the Hilton Minneapolis in Bloomington, Minnesota. The ISPI Clinical Conference 2015: Every Joint has a Brain, saw physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, occupational therapists, certified occupational therapist assistants, registered nurses and doctors of osteopathic medicine attend a 3-day seminar in treating chronic pain via the brain using hands-on, educational, and sensorimotor approaches.
Presentation topics throughout the course of the weekend included The Frozen Shoulder Has A Brain, The Neck Turns the Head…or Does it?, Treating the Low Back via the Brain, and Therapeutic Neuroscience Education and the Brain. Participants were also treated to a Sunday morning foam roller yoga class.
Throughout the course of the weekend, 226 participants learned the most cutting-edge techniques from experts in the physical therapy and pain management fields. This year’s faculty included both national and international thought leaders in the profession, as well as respected faculty from across the country.
