Eldermark Software to Hold Inaugural Eldermark Exchange™ Symposium
Minneapolis, Minn. (PRWEB) May 27, 2015 -- Recognized innovator of senior care software, Eldermark Software, is holding its inaugural Eldermark Exchange™ Symposium on June 9 and 10. The free educational event is focused on the future of connected senior care through the use of Health Information Exchanges (HIEs).
“HIEs will soon be essential to meet state and federal mandates to provide a more effective transition of care,” said Craig Patnode, president of Eldermark. “Our goal is to take the lead in terms of interoperability and of sharing personal health records electronically and seamlessly across all key health partners for the senior care industry.”
Registered event attendees include physicians and providers; senior care vendors; and trade association and senior living professionals—including nurses, IT staff, educators and licensed nursing home administrators. Through a combination of speakers and breakout sessions, attendees will learn how HIEs will improve efficiencies and outcomes and receive training on the use of senior care technology.
