Electro Optical Industries to Debut Their Extended Product Lines to Support Defense Applications at the AUSA Tradeshow
Boston, MA (PRWEB) September 28, 2016 -- The recently reorganized Electro Optical Industries, Inc. with its North American headquarters located in Santa Barbara, CA, will be exhibiting at the upcoming annual Association of the US Army (AUSA) Meeting to showcase their new and extended product lines and services for defense applications.
The Spynel series of panoramic infrared surveillance systems, which have appeared at the last several AUSA shows, have previously been deployed to provide wide area surveillance for forward operating base protection. The built-in, advanced image processing software developed and upgraded over the last 15 years, Cyclope, detects and tracks an unlimited number of human, vehicle, boat or UAV targets and from any direction.
Making its debut at this year’s show is EOI’s groundbreaking field portable night vision goggle testing product: NV-2500. The new standard for night vision goggle testing, the NV-2500 is designed to test night vision monocular or binocular systems and provides automated testing of all standard NVG tests with unparalleled accuracy and operator ease of use. From the built-in touchscreen users can view test results in real-time video; no need for operators to strain their eyes looking through binoculars. The results can then be saved to a PDF file with the images and also can easily be downloaded to a USB storage device for transfer and print on any computer.
Since 1964, EOI has been a proud supporter and supplier for the defense industry with their electro-optical test instrumentation and more recently, since their merge with HGH Infrared Systems, with the Spynel sensors for persistent, wide area surveillance.
Electro Optical Industries will be at Booth # 3239 at the AUSA Annual Conference and Exhibition October 3rd-5th in Washington, DC.
Electro Optical Industries designs, assembles, manufactures and sells electro-optical equipment for security, industrial and civil applications.
