Elegance Living to Open and Manage New Boutique Senior Living Retirement Community in Tri-Valley

DUBLIN, Calif., Nov. 12, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Elegance Living, a provider of senior living, announces the opening of Elegance at Dublin, a modern, boutique retirement community in the Tri-Valley area which offers seniors independent living, assisted living and memory support. The new community, located at 7601 Amador Valley Blvd in Dublin, California, will welcome residents in November of 2020, and is the first of three Elegance Living communities set to open in the Bay Area.

Elegance at Dublin is a joint project by Avesta Development Group, a local real estate investment and development firm, and Capital Health Group, a private equity company, to bring high quality and fully amenitized luxury living options to families in the Bay Area.
At 68,000 square feet, the four-story Elegance of Dublin will offer 80 apartments, available in studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom floor plans. Residents will be able to choose from 48 assisted living and 32 memory care apartment options, with a starting price of $5,600.
The boutique community, which overlooks spectacular views of the Castro Valley Mountain Range and Donlon Point, will offer over 25,000 square feet of indoor amenities, including a full-service restaurant, bistro and wine bar, fitness center, theatre, salon and spa, as well as outdoor patios and onsite parking. In-room amenities include spacious floor plan options and energy efficient Whirlpool® appliances.
Residents will have access to Elegance's engagement program offerings designed to keep residents safe, connected, and socially engaged. Residents in the community's memory support neighborhood will benefit from strong staff-resident relationships and an individualized approach to service and care with a focus on sensory therapy and engagement.
Elegance of Dublin was designed with the larger community in mind and will support Dublin's robust public art scene with butterfly sculptures, designed by artist Matthew Placzek, on the south facing, most visible intersection of the community.
