Elite Dental Group launches a free AI-powered dental assessment tool – SmileMate – to help assess, maintain and evaluate dental and oral health conditions – to combat the potential recession threat in Singapore

The tool is able to remotely assess the patient's dental condition, raise awareness of potential dental issues and to suggest a visit to the dental clinic to address those issues if required – at no cost.
Besides the cost accessibility, using SmileMate also offers the convenience and accessibility of seeking for a consultation with a dentist. The tool creates possible treatment next steps for the patient and highlights pressing concerns.
A Patient Experience Specialist is then assigned to each patient to ensure that they have the support they require – from dental and oral health related enquiries to appointment bookings to aftercare.
