Elite365 CEO Carolina Araya and President of Locum Tenens Ethan McWilliams were both selected for the annual awards program honoring the impact of individual leaders in the healthcare staffing industry.
Carolina Araya, previously the organization's COO, was named CEO of Elite365 earlier in 2026, taking over from company founder Tracy Clark. Araya manages both short and long-term strategy for the organization, including overseeing day-to-day operations; establishing KPIs, growth management metrics, and performance-based goals; and leading cultural initiatives as well as employee and investor relations. Her recent efforts include launching the company's Navigator MSP and uniting all Elite365 brands' back-office operations, streamlining financial processes internally to benefit both clients and providers.
Araya is an accomplished healthcare executive who has worked in healthcare staffing for over 25 years, previously holding executive leadership positions at AMN Healthcare and Medical Express before joining Elite365 as COO in 2025. In addition to her professional experience, Araya is a past President of the Board of Directors at the National Association of Travel Healthcare Organizations (NATHO), and currently serves on the board of the nonprofit Make-a-Wish San Diego.
