Navigator Workforce Solutions will be led by Senior Vice President Hamilton Doty, who brings more than 20 years of rural healthcare workforce and MSP leadership experience to the role. As the executive responsible for guiding the program and partnering with healthcare organizations, Doty - who grew up in rural Paris, Texas – says Navigator was designed to meet the unique workforce needs of hospitals and health systems that have historically been underserved by traditional MSP models.
