His first warehouse was 10,000 sq. ft. in a small strip mall with just a hand full of clients. From there it expanded and grew which required more space and the company moved to a 20,000 sq. ft. facility nearby. Seven years ago, they moved into a 30,000 sq. ft. warehouse as part of a 1.1 million sq. ft. building, the largest in Utah at the time. This enabled Elite to grow and expand in the same location to where they are today with 450,000 sq. ft. in Utah and another 80,000 in Georgia. Elite OPS now has over 200 employees.
Elite OPS has also been able to leverage their kitting and assembly capabilities to one of the largest in Utah. Outsourcing fulfillment for eCommerce companies has proven to ensure greater reliability than clients have found on their own, while reducing all the logistical headaches and stress. Elite continually invests in its IT infrastructure to stay ahead of the many demands placed on wholesale and retail companies in today's market.
