Plano, Texas (PRWEB) July 22, 2015 -- The Plano Award Program has selected OBGYN Dr. Elizabeth Coronado for the 2015 Best of Plano Award in the Obstetrician & Gynecologist (OBGYN) category. Each year, this program identifies individuals who have enhanced the community through quality care. As a female OBGYN at the Women’s Specialists of Plano, Dr. Coronado treats women of all ages and is known throughout the community for her engaging seminars that educate adolescent girls about their changing bodies. She has been in practice for over 10 years. Beginning her career in Phoenix, Arizona, Dr. Coronado relocated to San Angelo, Texas for 7 years before deciding to join Women’s Specialists of Plano in October of 2013. In both her private practice and speaking career, she is committed to educating and motivating women through every transition of life from adolescence to menopause.

Having delivered over 3,000 babies, Dr. Coronado is a 2015 Mom-Approved Doctor by Dallas Child Magazine and is passionate about pregnancy care. She also specializes in robotic surgery, minimally invasive options for female urinary incontinence, and bio-identical hormone therapy.
