NORTH KANSAS CITY, Miss., Nov. 05, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Jurox, Inc. announces the addition of Elizabeth Martinez DVM, DACVAA, to its US technical services team. Dr. Martinez is a board-certified member of the American College of Veterinary Anesthesia and Analgesia. In addition to training veterinary surgeons and nurses on the use of Alfaxan® Multidose injectable anesthetic, she will be tasked with helping to develop the company's Think AnesthesiaTM platform, an initiative that communicates best anesthesia practices to the veterinary community.

Dr. Martinez completed her undergraduate degree and attended veterinary medical school at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, TN. Subsequently, Dr. Martinez completed an internship and residency in Veterinary Anesthesia at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY. She joined the faculty of the College of Veterinary Medicine at Texas A&M University in College Station, TX in 1990 and has practiced and taught anesthesiology there for the past 28 years.
