ELO Digital Office USA, enabling businesses to improve collaboration and digitize information management, announced it will unveil the newest version of the ELO ECM Suite – version 12 – at the KMWorld 2019 Conference. Comprised of ELOprofessional for small- to medium-sized businesses and ELOenterprise for large companies and corporations, the ELO ECM Suite 12 delivers innovations in information management and knowledge-sharing while providing new encryption technology to ensure data security and information privacy. Version 12 also comes with a new desktop client for easy integration with third-party applications. The ELO ECM 12 will be demonstrated at KMWorld Booth #204 at the JW Marriott (Nov. 4-7).
Effortless Collaboration, Seamless Integration & Unparalleled Security
The ELO ECM 12 includes the new ELO Desktop Client that easily integrates the ELO platform with all MS Office applications to give users a seamless document and email management experience. A modern interface provides sidebar access to the ELO repository while an upgraded web client enables users to send e-mails and print documents from a single environment. And, version 12’s ELO Integration Client enables organizations to easily connect ELO to ERP systems such as Navision, Salesforce, and SAP.
With data privacy and security integral to the ELO ECM Suite, version 12 comes with new tools for safeguarding data using highly developed encryption, which features more keys and an advanced algorithm. For example, the previous number of available encryption keys stood at 16; now there are up to 2 million possible keys, which are made available with the Suite’s adoption of the 256-bit AES encryption. Other enhancements include improvements to the substitution rules and options for assigning permissions.
Collaboration is also enhanced with the new ELO Teamrooms. This universal platform for employees and external stakeholders allows colleagues to easily collaborate on projects – even when contributors may not be using an ELO solution. With a click of a button, a virtual project is created that allows knowledge-sharing among a variety of participants. “Enabling effective teamwork and collaboration among employees, service providers, and customers are core to ELO solutions,” said Szilvia Horvath, CEO of ELO Digital Office USA. “That commitment is strengthened with the new ELO ECM Suite 12 and will be of great interest to the knowledge management and information professionals gathering at KMWorld.”
