Emergency Reporting® (ER) has announced its Regional Training Academy (RTA) dates and locations for 2020. Tickets and event details can be found on the ER Eventbrite page.
BELLINGHAM, Wash., Jan. 22, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Emergency Reporting® (ER), the global leader in cloud-based reporting and records management software for Fire and EMS agencies, has announced its Regional Training Academy (RTA) dates and locations for 2020. Tickets and event details can be found on the ER Eventbrite page.
An RTA is a three-day, interactive training event taught by ER's experienced regional trainers, and was created for anyone who wants to become more knowledgeable about their ER software and get the most out of the system. All ER trainers are active or recently retired public safety professionals with over 200 years of combined firefighting and EMS experience.
ER holds RTAs all over the country. In 2020, RTAs will be held in the following cities:
- Jacksonville, FL on March 16-19
- Kansas City, MO on April 7-9
- Spokane, WA on May 5-7
- Philadelphia, PA on June 9-11
- Temecula, CA on June 23-25 (*For ER Ultra Secure users only)
- Austin, TX on July 7-9
- Charlotte, NC on Aug. 4-6
- Colorado Springs, CO on Sept. 8-10
- Las Vegas, NV on Oct. 6-9
- Chattanooga, TN on Nov. 3-5
"Emergency Reporting is a lot more than just NFIRS reporting, and a Regional Training Academy is the perfect opportunity to take a deep dive into the system and discover all it has to offer," said ER Training Lead Mark McKleroy. "By the end of the event, we consider our attendees to be ER experts who can then take the knowledge they've gained back to the station and share it with the rest of their crew."
According to RTA attendee Ronald Boensch, "The most valuable aspect of this conference was the face-to-face interaction between the trainers and the conference members. I appreciate that Emergency Reporting really seems to care about the customer."
During the event, ER trainers will cover a variety of lessons on the system, starting with the essentials. They'll give a concise overview of the platform with a focus on best practices, as well as the key features in each module that's included in ER's records management software. After the essentials are covered, they'll dive further into the system. There's also an opportunity for attendees to contribute feedback to the ER product design team, who will consider all feedback during the development process.
In addition to the regular RTAs being held across the country this year, ER is introducing a new type of training event in June: an RTA specifically intended for ER Ultra Secure users only. The ER Ultra Secure product provides enhanced security within the Microsoft Azure Government environment for federal customers such as the United States Army and the Department of Defense.
