Emmanuel College Wins Gold Circle of Excellence Award for Centennial Website, Created in Partnership with Primacy
Emmanuel College's Centennial website won gold as part of the Council for Advancement and Support of Education's (CASE) 2019 Circle of Excellence Awards

June 12thJanuary 9, 2019The highly regarded international awards program honors outstanding work in advancement services, alumni relations, communications, fundraising, and marketing at colleges, universities, independent schools, and affiliated nonprofits. In 2019, CASE received nearly 2,900 entries for consideration from more than 600 institutions across 20 countries, and fewer than 5% of those entries were awarded Gold.
The feedback from the judges at CASE made note of the Centennial website's "user engagement opportunities, integration of current students into storytelling, and the discipline in information architecture that results in a clean and focused user experience." They also commented on the, "…well executed UX and copywriting [which] allowed a sense of whimsy to shine through."
Molly DiLorenzo, Vice President of College Relations and Director of the Centennial said, "We really wanted to produce the best Centennial website the higher education community has ever seen. It was more to us than marking the College's Centennial year – it was an opportunity to give the Emmanuel College community a way to dynamically connect with our rich history. We're thrilled with how the website turned out – it showcases a century of mission, community, academic excellence and a vibrant campus in the heart of Boston. This award is a great honor and the project was a joy to produce with our partners at Primacy."
