The complaint alleges Target Corporation subjected Plaintiff to adverse employment actions by retaliating and discriminating against Plaintiff after she informed the company of her asthma disability. Target Corporation terminated Plaintiff's employment with the company. Therefor, there is an alleged casual link between the protected activity and the company's decision to terminate Plaintiff.
