EMSI Provides Multi-Carrier Drop Ticket Fulfillment Solution to Highland Capital Brokerage
Scottsdale, AZ (PRWEB) January 24, 2014 -- Examination Management Services, Inc. (EMSI), the market leader in medical information, risk management and investigative services, has entered into an agreement with Highland Capital Brokerage, effective January 24, 2014, to provide Highland Capital Brokerage and its independent producers and institutional customers with a multi-carrier drop ticket fulfillment solution.
EMSI’s multi-carrier fulfillment solution begins when a producer submits a request for life insurance through Highland Capital Brokerage’s easyLife Platform. Within 24 hours of receiving the request for insurance, an EMSI application specialist contacts the proposed insured through a phone interview to complete the forms of the life insurance application. While on the phone with the proposed insured, the application specialist schedules the physical examination (exam) appointment using EMSI’s real-time, online national scheduling tool, ScheduleEZ. Once the scheduled exam is completed, the application is electronically delivered to the respective carrier.
By using this process, there is a marked improvement in medical disclosure rates, medical condition detail and consistency, form legibility, electronic signature options, end-to-end cycle time and overall experience. “easyLife, our call center assisted electronic application platform, has been a tremendous success for our independent producers and institutional customers,” said Anthony Lancaster, Senior Vice President, Highland Capital Brokerage. “By partnering with EMSI, we are positioned to handle even higher application volumes, drive greater cost savings and further improve the client experience.”
“We couldn’t be more pleased with the opportunity to support the easyLife Platform,” said Chad Gross, Chief Operating Officer, EMSI. “Highland Capital Brokerage is a highly respected industry leader. With our innovative multi-carrier drop ticket solution offered through our eINFORM platform, we are perfectly positioned to help Highland Capital Brokerage take their easyLife Platform to the next level."
EMSI and Highland Capital Brokerage believe all parties will benefit from this new solution – from producers to proposed insureds to insurance carriers.
