Consulting Relationship Established for Landowner Water Use

Encore Green Environmental and Dennis & Wurtz PLLC announce their consulting relationship to facilitate water management for Western landowners.

“We’re excited to have the guidance of Dennis & Wurtz, as we re-purpose industrial by-product/produced water for agriculture and conservation,” say Darlene Nash, CEO of Encore Green Environmental. “We appreciate their landowner-first mindset as we all work to be better land stewards.”

Encore Green Environmental is an agriculture company who recently completed the nation’s first-ever project to clean oil industry’s by-product/produced water and apply it to the land surface in a manner that was safe, clean, economically sound, and under proper permitting.

“The work that EGE is doing aligns nicely with our firm’s goal to empower landowners to protect their property and real estate legacies for the future generations to come,” says Kimberly Wurtz of Dennis & Wurtz.

Haley Dennis adds, “We believe that water is the future. We are proud to stand with EGE in its mission to champion water rights for landowners.”

Dennis & Wurtz recently formed their firm in central Oklahoma, offering expert legal advice and counsel for the betterment of landowners. Dennis & Wurtz are fierce land and water advocates. They have extensive experience advocating for landowner rights inside and outside of the energy industry.

The announcement was made in conjunction with Encore Green Environmental’s first two projects in Wyoming and Texas.
