MIAMI, Feb. 19, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Endeavor Schools, a leading education management company, has reached the 50-school milestone after the acquisition of Laguna Niguel Montessori Center in Orange County, California.
The Miami-based company now has 50 schools in 11 states with plans to grow further this year. Founded in 2012, Endeavor Schools has grown rapidly because of its successful business strategy of partnering with private schools, investing in their infrastructure and enhancing the educational experience to help students reach their maximum potential.
"Our growth has been the result of a talented and hard-working team that has a real passion for the work we do, which is providing high-quality education to children," said Endeavor Schools CEO Ricardo Campo.
As the company increases its number of schools, it is also increasing its variety. Although Endeavor Schools still focuses on early childhood education with Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and STEAM-focused programs, it also opened its first high school in 2019 with Endeavor International School in Dunwoody, Georgia and will expand its employer-sponsored program, which provides childcare and education to employees of large companies.
"Across the country, we've demonstrated that we have the ability to understand and meet the educational needs of different communities," said Danielle Millman, the Chief Operations Officer for Endeavor Schools. "We plan on continuing to do that as we expand into new markets with new educational offerings."
As Endeavor Schools grows, so will its commitment to preparing teachers for success. The company currently offers developmental programs, financial support for workshops, school conferences and college courses to help teachers expand their skill set. In addition, many teachers receive promotions to leadership roles within the company.
"Our teachers are true professionals and they deserve the opportunity to further their development and be the best educators they can be," Millman said. "The best way to invest in education is to invest in teachers and we make sure to do that at every school in our company."
Endeavor Schools is currently in negotiations to acquire several more schools by the second quarter of 2020. As Endeavor Schools continues to grow, Campo said he and his company will never waver from its mission of providing high-quality education to children and creating a company culture where people love to work.
"I never had illusions of building a huge company of a certain scale," Campo said. "It has always been about doing something I loved to do, working with great people who are passionate about education."
