SANTA ROSA BEACH, Fla., Jan. 7, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Engel & Völkers today announced that one of its Northwest Florida shops has relocated to accommodate additional real estate advisors and clients as the brokerage continues to grow. Engel & Völkers 30A Beaches will now be located at 4923 E. County Hwy. 30A, Santa Rosa. A reopening is planned for early 2020 to allow clients and advisors in the community an opportunity to tour the new space.
"The expansion will allow our shop to be more collaborative and team focused which I believe will keep energy levels at peak," said Beau Blankenship, License Partner of Engel & Völkers 30A Beaches. In addition to their relocation, Engel & Völkers 30A Beaches has also acquired local brokerage, Homes on 30A, to increase their footprint in Santa Rosa Beach. Along with current owners of Homes on 30A, Karen Holder and Marianne Grant, seven additional advisors also be joining Engel & Völkers 30A Beaches as a result of the acquisition. Within the last four years Homes on 30A has averaged a total of $116 million in sales volume, with nearly $60 million closed in 2019. Their office, located at 3092 W. County Highway 30A, will now be converted to an Engel & Völkers shop.

The new location is just over 3,200 square feet; a 1,000 square foot increase compared to Engel & Völkers 30A Beaches' previous presence. Engel & Völkers 30A Beaches first opened at 3557 E. County Highway 30A, Santa Rosa Beach in 2017.

Regarded as one of the top agents in Florida's Emerald Coast, Blankenship previously owned a successful property management company which he later sold to focus on Engel & Völkers 30A Beaches.
