Global real estate brand, Engel & Völkers continues franchise expansion in northeast Florida with two new shop locations in St. Augustine Beach and Palm Coast

AUGUSTINE, Fla., Oct. 12, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Engel & Völkers Florida today announced its latest franchise expansion in St. Augustine Beach and Palm Coast, marking the brand's sixth and seventh locations in northeast Florida. Local market expert, Jenn Bryndal will lead the new brokerages as part of her regional expansion; she already owns Engel & Völkers St. Augustine.

Team Carr consists of husband and wife Doug and Donia. Prior to relocating to Florida in 2007, they were the broker/owners of Chalet Realty in Breckenridge, Colorado. Most recently, they were a top-producing team with Coldwell Banker. The duo will primarily work out of Engel & Völkers St. Augustine Beach, located at 11 14th Lane; a grand opening event was held at this shop on September 22, 2022. Engel & Völkers Palm Coast is located at 213 S Second St Unit 6A.

She was previously affiliated with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty and Coldwell Banker Premier Properties where she was a top-producing sales associate that consistently ranked among the top 10 agents in St. Johns County. Since joining forces with Engel & Völkers, she has represented several record-breaking listings and sales. A third brokerage location is also in the works. In Bryndal's first year and a half with Engel & Völkers, she saw a staggering growth of 146% in average sales price and a 171% increase in total sales volume.
