AUGUSTINE, Fla., April 20, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Engel & Völkers Florida today announced Jenn Bryndal and Bernadette Grandinetti with Engel & Völkers St. Augustine earned five spots in the top 10 single-family home transactions in St. John's County in 2021. 805 S. Griffin Shores closed in March for $3.3-million; 632 Ocean Palm Way closed in May for $2.85-million; 959 Ponte Vedra Blvd and 165 Inlet Drive closed in June for $7.8-million and $3.6-million respectively, and 953 N. Griffin Shores closed in August for $2.8-million.

Since becoming an advisor with Engel & Völkers, she has more than tripled her business.

The typical value of homes in St. Johns County has risen 36-percent over the past year to $486,277. The average price of the top five homes sold by Engel & Völkers St. Augustine in 2021 was $4,070,000 and the highest being $7.8 million; which is more than 737-percent greater than the average home in the market.

Bryndal also recently secured the franchise rights to neighboring territory, Palm Coast, which is slated to open later this year.
