Twice the size of Engel & Völkers Boca Raton's previous location, the new space can accommodate additional real estate advisors and their clients as the business continues to grow. A grand re-opening is slated for spring 2021.

Ledwitz acquired the franchise rights to Engel & Völkers Boca Raton in 2018. Until the recent relocation, Ledwitz and his team operated out of an office located in the Boca Raton Private Airport. Currently, Engel & Völkers Boca Raton has seven advisors, and generated more than $60,000,000 in sales in 2020. In addition to Boca Raton, Engel & Völkers has six shops in southeast Florida including: Engel & Völkers Delray Beach and Engel & Völkers Fort Lauderdale, Engel & Völkers Jupiter, Engel & Völkers Miami Coconut Grove, Engel & Völkers Palm Beach and Engel & Völkers Wellington.

Husband and wife team, Michael and Wendy Ledwitz have over 50 years of combined residential and commercial real estate experience, totaling more than $750-million in transactional volume. He got his start in tenant representation, including securing locations for vendors at the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta, Georgia. Her career began in marketing, where she created unique strategies for residential developers in Atlanta. No strangers to owning their own businesses, the pair founded and eventually sold both The Condo Company, Inc. and Denver Magazine prior to partnering with Engel & Völkers.
