The new location of our shop has already proved to be an asset to our company. A larger retail space with foot traffic, as opposed to the previous small private office building, will allow us to grow our presence in the community, recruit talented local professionals and better serve our clients.
BOCA RATON, Fla. (PRWEB) February 04, 2021
Engel & Völkers Florida today announced License Partner, Michael Ledwitz has moved his brokerage to a larger and more accessible office, located at 5030 Champion Boulevard, Suite G-2. Twice the size of Engel & Völkers Boca Raton’s previous location, the new space can accommodate additional real estate advisors and their clients as the business continues to grow. A grand re-opening is slated for spring 2021.
“The new location of our shop has already proved to be an asset to our company,” said Ledwitz. “A larger retail space with foot traffic, as opposed to the previous small private office building will allow us to grow our presence in the community, recruit talented local professionals and better serve our clients.”
Ledwitz acquired the franchise rights to Engel & Völkers Boca Raton in 2018. Until the recent relocation, Ledwitz and his team operated out of an office located in the Boca Raton Private Airport. Currently, Engel & Völkers Boca Raton has seven advisors, and generated more than $60,000,000 in sales in 2020. In addition to Boca Raton, Engel & Völkers has six shops in southeast Florida including: Engel & Völkers Delray Beach and Engel & Völkers Fort Lauderdale, Engel & Völkers Jupiter, Engel & Völkers Miami Coconut Grove, Engel & Völkers Palm Beach and Engel & Völkers Wellington.
“The new location is more representative of Engel & Völkers iconic shop concept,” said Timo Khammash, Managing Partner of Engel & Völkers Florida. “A globally consistent look and feel ensures brand recognition and brings to mind the expectation of high-end service and exceptional real estate wherever you are in the world.”
Husband and wife team, Michael and Wendy Ledwitz have over 50 years of combined residential and commercial real estate experience, totaling more than $750-million in transactional volume. He got his start in tenant representation, including securing locations for vendors at the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta, Georgia. Her career began in marketing, where she created unique strategies for residential developers in Atlanta. No strangers to owning their own businesses, the pair founded and eventually sold both The Condo Company, Inc. and Denver Magazine prior to partnering with Engel & Völkers.
“We view this expansion as a reflection of Engel & Völkers exponential growth potential in Florida,” said Peter Giese, Chief Growth Officer at Engel & Völkers Florida. “The demand from full time real estate professionals wanting to join our global organization is higher than ever. This new shop location, along with others we plan to open throughout Florida, will allow us to be an integral part of the communities we serve.”
Boca Raton is one of the wealthiest communities in Florida. The community is home to an array of corporate headquarters, accredited universities, renowned golf courses, premier resorts, stunning beaches and upscale shopping centers. Boca Raton home values have gone up six-percent over the past year and are predicted to rise an additional five-percent within the next year.
