Local market experts, Leisa and Matthew Erickson acquired the territory as part of their regional growth strategy and will lead the new brokerage as its license partners. The Ericksons already own Engel & Völkers St. Pete, located at 102 2nd Avenue NE, which opened in November 2018. The new Engel & Völkers St. Pete Beach shop, located at 6805 Gulf Boulevard, is slated to open this fall.
