Engel & Völkers Florida hosted their ninth annual Leadership Summit on Thursday, September 26 at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa in Bonita Springs. Over 100 members of the Engel & Völkers Florida network, which is comprised of 31 franchise-brokerages were joined by their colleagues from regions all around the United States, Canada and the Caribbean. The team gathered for a day-long conference to review year-to-date growth, discuss industry-related best practices, network with colleagues, strategize tactics for the year to come, and honor award winners.
“This event provides an opportunity to reflect on all the accomplishments our network has achieved over the past year and strategize for the year to come,” said Timo Khammash, Managing Partner of Engel & Völkers Florida, the global luxury brand’s Master License Partner.
Engel & Völkers Americas Vice President of Brokerage Services, Denise Williams was in attendance as a guest speaker to report company-wide year-to-date growth in the Americas. With 192 boutique real estate shops nationwide, the company has raised the average sales price to $620,000, compared to the national average of $230,000. Stuart Siegel, President and CEO of Engel & Völkers New York City MMC also presented, discussing the company’s new Development Services Division.

Guests at Engel & Völkers Florida’s Leadership Summit were offered panel discussions including “Leveraging the Network”, “Maximizing the Brand”, and “Recruiting and Retention”. When business concluded for the day, attendees were invited to a cocktail hour, followed by an awards ceremony and reception to honor the top-performing shops in Florida in 2018 based on various production categories as well as those who exemplified each of the three core values; Competence, Exclusivity and Passion, of the Engel & Völkers brand.
