CARBONDALE, Colo. (PRWEB) October 08, 2019
The German-founded luxury real estate brand Engel & Völkers has opened its fourth Shop in the Roaring Fork Valley in downtown Carbondale at 265 Main Street, to accompany the existing Aspen, Snowmass Village and Basalt locations.
“Our growth in the Roaring Fork Valley can be attributed to the true ethos of the Engel & Völkers brand, which lies in passionate, local experts serving the neighborhoods in which they themselves live, work and play,” said Erik Cavarra, the Managing Broker of Carbondale and a License Partner. The growth is part of the company’s strategy to serve the unique communities that make up the Valley.
“Each area has its own personality and charm, and requires real estate professionals with specific expertise and market knowledge to best serve clients looking to buy or sell within them,” added Cavarra. “As part of the Engel & Völkers network, every real estate advisor is empowered with the tools, reach and reputation of a brand recognized around the world for its commitment to upholding the highest standards of client service and expertise.”
More than 100 guests attended the grand opening on September 12, 2019 for the official ribbon cutting ceremony and reception afterward, including Carbondale Mayor Dan Richardson, Town Trustee Luis Yllanes, and representatives from the Carbondale Chamber of Commerce.
“At a time in the industry when so many agents and clients simply feel like a number or cog in the system, we’re proud to be building a global brand of local experts that differentiates itself based on serving clients in their communities, understanding what it means to live there, relating to their lifestyles, and in turn, delivering an unmatched experience,” Cavarra added.
Engel & Völkers operates a global network of over 11,000 real estate professionals in more than 30 countries. This new office is part of Engel & Völkers’ significant U.S. expansion plan taking place throughout 2019. The company has also opened new offices in New York, Oklahoma, Arizona, Nevada, California and North Carolina.
