WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., Nov. 9, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Julio Gonzalez, Founder and CEO of Engineered Tax Services (ETS), one of the country's largest specialty tax engineering firms, and currently the only firm working directly with the architecture vertical, acquired both The Growth Partnership (TGP) and the ABLE CRM platform. TGP and ABLE, led by longtime accounting industry consultants Jeff Pawlow and Charles Hylan, bring a tremendous amount of leadership and expertise to the AEC community.
"The architectural profession is rapidly adopting more of an 'advisory' mindset and looking to help add value to their client relationships," said Gonzalez as he addressed the strategic rationale for the acquisition. "Jeff and Charles have positioned TGP at the forefront of that movement. I look forward to introducing their significant expertise and the unique ABLE CRM platform to our client's family."
ETS is currently helping over 300 architectural firms add value to their client relationships by providing sophisticated strategies like cost segregation, the research and development credit, and other specialized credits and incentives, allowing them to retain more working capital and drive profitability. With TGP and ABLE's addition, ETS' family of companies' will offer outsourced marketing services, specialized CRM tools, and state of the art training for the architectural firms they are serving.
Both TGP and ABLE's team will join the over 120 ETS staff members and will continue to operate under their names and from their current locations. Currently, TGP and ABLE employ 15 people, which will expand over the next 12 months, based on the synergies between ETS, TGP, ABLE, and their scheduled growth.
"I am excited about adding TGP and ABLE to Julio's growing family of companies," said Jeff Pawlow, the former Managing Member and CEO of TGP and ABLE, who will continue as a Managing Director at both organizations. "The expanded range of advisory services our clients will now have access to via the ETS companies allow us to 'complete the circuit' as we help develop future leaders through the Leadership Academy Program we administer for the AIA."
"This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to create something exceptional in the marketplace," continued Heidi Henderson, and Executive Vice President at ETS, who administers the firm's strategic relationship with the AIA. "Architects are clamoring for the types of services offered by The Growth Partnership and ABLE, and this allows us to build on the reputation we have already for helping architects drive additional value into their client relationships."
