I hope I can bring a message of hope and love and the importance of the family unit.

Author Angelica Arie details life and community on a Montana ranch in Between Still Waters and Sweetgrass ($15.99, paperback, 9781662805783; $7.99, e-book, 9781662805790).

Life on the Patterson ranch can be crazy sometimes, but they have their laughs as well. Fans of Little House on the Prairie will see the similarities as they follow the Pattersons on their journey with plenty of love and support from family.

“I hope I can bring a message of hope and love and the importance of the family unit,” said Arie.

Angelica Arie is a native Montanan, who grew on a farm/ranch and continued to work another one after she married. Aside from writing, she has had a career in the field of Radiology for nearly 30 years. She loves music, plays multiple instruments, and often writes her own songs. She serves in her local church both singing and playing music on one of their worship teams, and as a youth leader for the youth ministries. She enjoys Montana’s diverse landscape for recreation including hunting, fishing, and simply exploring the abundance of beautiful creation in every season.
