“We are humbled to be recognized as a Silver Stevie Award winner, despite the challenging times in front of all of us,” said Mike Naclerio, President and CEO of Enquiron.

The Stevie Awards for Great Employers recognize the world’s best employers and the human resources professionals, teams, achievements and HR-related products and suppliers who help to create and drive great places to work.
Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word meaning “crowned,” the awards will be conferred upon the winners during a virtual awards ceremony on November 5. Registration for the ceremony is now open.
More than 700 nominations from organizations of all sizes were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of HR-related categories, including Achievement in Workplace Safety & Compliance, Employer of the Year, Chief Human Resources Officer of the Year, Human Resources Team of the Year, Employee Relations Solution Provider of the Year among others. Especially popular were six free-to-enter COVID-19 Response categories. Enquiron was nominated in the Most Valuable Employer – North America category.
Enquiron delivers human resource, health care, retirement and cyber security advice, resources and tools to employers nationwide. Now, more than ever, employers need this type of assistance. In addition to the immense focus on clients at this time, Enquiron was also particularly cognizant of its employees. This year, Enquiron moved to a full-time remote model well before state orders, provided all team members with home shopping and streaming entertainment accounts to help assist in daily household needs as well as needs to stay socially connected, and developed positive virtual channels to help the team stay informed and optimistic.
Judge’s comments included:
- An impressive response which has positively engaged Enquiron’s employees, end users and sponsors during the COVID-19 crisis
- Enquiron went above and beyond a basic expectation for an employer. The added bonus of the home shopping and entertainment subscription is one way that they tried to think of all of their employees’ needs.
- Great support and communication to help other employers deal with the crisis.
“We are humbled to be recognized as a Silver Stevie Award winner, despite the challenging times in front of all of us,” said Mike Naclerio, President and CEO of Enquiron. “We feel fortunate to be in a position where we can provide some essential front-lines business support to our clients during these very trying circumstances.”
More than 90 professionals worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year’s Stevie Award winners.
“In the fifth edition of the Stevie Awards for Great Employers, the judges were impressed by the Stevie winners who - during the crises we’ve confronted this year - continue to dedicate each day to making the lives of their employees and teams better through training, software, work-from-home plans, and more. We are pleased to celebrate them in 2020 and look forward to what they will accomplish in 2021,” said Maggie Gallagher, president of the Stevie Awards.
