EnsoData's AI solution, EnsoSleep, analyzes the waveforms recorded in in-lab (PSG) and at-home (HSAT) studies and produces an easy-to-read report physicians and other clinicians use to make faster, more accurate diagnoses. Prior to EnsoSleep, clinicians would manually review and interpret the data in a sleep test from scratch. Analyzing over 6+ hours of data manually is time consuming and leaves a lot of room for human subjectivity. The AI solution saves clinicians more than half the time on scoring, which they repurpose into enhancing patient care, improving patient outcomes, and generally, increasing productivity in other areas of need within their organization.
After collecting data from thousands of submissions, Inc. selected 591 honorees this year. Each company that was nominated took part in an employee survey, conducted by Quantum Workplace, which included topics such as management effectiveness, perks, fostering employee growth, and overall company culture. The organization's benefits were also audited to determine overall score and ranking.
