Entrata Showcases Creativity and Connection at 2018 Apartmentalize
LEHI, Utah (PRWEB) June 13, 2018 -- Entrata joins industry leaders across the country at the 2018 National Apartment Association Apartmentalize Conference and Exposition in San Diego, Calif. June 13-16. This year, the company’s exposition will showcase how customers connected to the full Entrata platform can create improved experiences for their prospects, residents and employees.
“Entrata was designed to work together as one, seamless solution,” said Chase Harrington, president and chief operating officer, Entrata. “Our fully connected customers are experiencing unprecedented information sharing between their marketing, leasing, management and resident workflows compared to their peers using disparate systems.”
The platform allows property managers and operators to run all of their leasing, resident, marketing, facilities, management, and accounting operations in one place, with one single login. Customers using the full platform have seen prospect touchpoints increase by 153 percent and a subsequent increase in occupancy.
“Every piece of data we input in Entrata is collected for a purpose and connects throughout all of our operations in the system,” said Steve Ciesielski, operations and systems management supervisor, Fiduciary Real Estate Development. “It’s incredibly efficient and more accurate because our staff only have to sign-in to one platform to pull the data they need.”
The EntrataⓇ platform serves more than 50 percent of the Student Housing Business list of top 25 managers and boasts one million spaces and counting integrated onto Entrata Core. The company is also expanding its growth beyond the student and conventional multifamily market, and has software solutions to the affordable housing, commercial property and military property management sectors in full beta.
At this year’s conference, Entrata leaders will also be highlighting many of its most notable product updates:
- Entrata has begun beta testing Entratamation,™ an apartment automation feature of Entrata Core. The new feature bridges the gap between property management software and smart devices by facilitating a way for properties to connect hardware such as thermostats, lights, locks and water sensors for multiple units to a central hub. (For a live product demo, visit Entrata’s booth at Apartmentalize).
- ResidentPay™ now processes more than $1.8 billion in rent payments every month. Entrata is now looking for ResidentPay beta candidates to test its resident bank account verification feature. The new feature will allow properties to verify that a resident’s bank account is valid and open before being able to use it.
- Since its launch in 2016, the Entrata ResidentPortal™ App, designed to reduce the amount of effort required for residents to pay their rent, submit a maintenance order or communicate with the property, has sustained a 4.5 to 5 star rating on all review sites. In addition, the Amazon Alexa ResidentPortal Skill is also now live. The skill allows residents to pay rent, check their balance, ask about office hours, and find out about upcoming resident events.
- Two new reports have been released for LeadManager.™ The Lead Source Attribution Report ranks lead sources in order of top performance for a community. The Conversion Pathways Report shows the order in which a lead has visited various sources in the marketing funnel. The new reports will allow clients to make more intelligent, data driven marketing decisions.
