Envoy America Names Jacques Rebibo Vice President of Sales
Rebibo brings breadth of experience building organizations and managing expansion
PHOENIX, Aug. 29, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Envoy America, the first national ridesharing service for seniors and the infirm, announced today that Jacques Rebibo has joined the company as Vice President of Sales. In this newly created position, Rebibo will be responsible for operationalizing Envoy America's vision, guiding current and new market expansion, and maintaining Envoy America's stellar customer service.
Rather than the traditional services that pick-up and drop-off clients at the curb, Envoy America offers door-to-door service where the driver companions not only drive, but also provide assistance at all points along the journey, from pushing a grocery cart to escorting clients to and from medical appointments. All drivers undergo specialized training and are mature adults, which helps them understand and empathize with their clients. The Dementia Society of America® has awarded Envoy America the distinctive Dementia SMART® Award, recognizing excellence in Dementia-awareness training and service.
Envoy America currently serves 6 states, 12 major and 68 other cities including the Phoenix, Tucson, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Seattle, Tacoma, Olympia, Albuquerque, Atlanta and Chicago metropolitan areas.
Rebibo brings a coveted combination of sales and marketing experience, operations improvement and national go-to-market expertise to his new role as VP of Sales. An accomplished executive and entrepreneur, Rebibo has helped guide technology startups through their growth, expansion and, ultimately, to successful exits.
"The addition of a VP of Sales at this stage in our company's journey is indicative of how fast we've grown, and I'm energized by all of the opportunities that lie ahead for us to innovate, forge partnerships and make inroads into new markets," said Envoy America CEO K. C. Kanaan. "Jacques is a thoughtful, focused and hands-on leader, and we look forward to his guidance as we continue to scale our business."
"As a technology startup targeting the senior community, a market that is traditionally overlooked and underserved, Envoy America is poised for rapid growth. After healthcare, senior transportation is the second biggest struggle for the senior community and those that serve it," said Rebibo. "I am pleased to join Envoy America in the early stages to help the company set up a strong foundation for future success. I was born and raised in Phoenix, so I am looking forward to spending more time in my hometown," added Rebibo.
Rebibo joins Envoy America after serving as CEO for TCCIT Solutions, an IT solutions provider. Prior to that, he was CEO of Aquodet LLC, where he led all corporate functions of the company's startup financial business segment. Before Aquodet LLC, he served in Business Development for ClosingGuard.com, where he handled all elements of the Sales Cycle for this Internet startup in the Mortgage Origination space. He earned an MBA from Boston University Questrom School of Business.
