Equal Justice Now is a social advocacy group whose mission is to preserve the rights of our citizens. Founded by Tony Smith, their immediate objective is to stop funding ineffective and expensive bail legislation.
The Benjamin Crump Awards are given to those who are committed to social, equal justice and advocacy. No one exemplifies this more than our honorees Congresswoman Maxine Waters, Judge Greg Mathis, Darrell D. Miller, Esq., Jemele Hill, Willard Jackson, and KJLH. The awards will be held on January 16th at The Venue of Hollywood 6801 Hollywood Boulevard Suite 200 Los Angeles, CA 90028. The event will run from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm PST.
